Our Process

Since all our sites are custom designed and developed, we have developed a proven process to involve the client during various developmental stages.

1. Upon receipt of an initial payment, ChurchPixel will assign the client a project manager who will communicate with the client and oversee the project.

2. The project manager will get a feel of the client’s design taste including color preferences as well as style. Design drafts are furnished within 4 days from when necessary materials like logos are received.

3. Programming team will then begin to program the site according to specifications and features requested. Client would be provided with weekly updates through our project management system, PixelManager.

4. Tickets can be started using PixelManager at any time and escalated with reason. Project completion time is typically within 1 month.

Payment terms

We accept 50% deposit of the selected package price prior to commencement. 50% is due upon satisfactory delivery of a working site
